Q: Do I need to make an appointment or do you take walk-ins?

A: Appointments are advised but walk-ins are always welcome during office hours but restrictions may apply on certain days.

Q: What information should I bring to my appointment with the physician?

A: A valid California Drivers License, a valid California Identification Card or a picture ID (Military ID, etc.) and proof of California residency, (eg. a major utility bill in your name or a copy of your current lease) and any medical records pertaining to the condition you are discussing with the physician, (X-Rays, diagnoses, etc.) or information on where those records can be obtained. In addition, please bring the name, address, and phone number of your primary care physician or licensed practitioner.

 Q: How long should I expect my visit to the clinic to take?

A: Like any medical visit new patients will be required to fill out a series of forms before their consultation with the physician. The average visit takes about an hour.

Q: Do you validate parking?

A: Yes, our San Francisco office validates parking at the RT Parking Garage located at 80 Hemlock Alley one block from the clinic. Our Sacramento and Redding locations each have free parking on site.
