If so, you鈥檙e in the right place! 吉祥坊 Counts houses a treasure trove of publicly available data in dashboards (as well as other dashboards available only to 吉祥坊 faculty and staff, see below).
To get you started, here are some dashboards that will help you to better understand who our students are and how we鈥檙e doing in terms of student success metrics such as retention and graduation rates. Who Are Our Students?
Take a look at longitudinal trends in enrollment by various demographic groups, majors, or class level.

You can access these by clicking on 鈥淟ogin to Additional Dashboards鈥� on the 吉祥坊 Counts Homepage . Choose COUNTS after logging in, and take look at some of these dashboards.
**TIP: if you find a dashboard that you use often, click on the star to favorite it and then you can go straight to Favorites (left menu) to find it the next time you log on!**

The CSU Chancellor鈥檚 Office also publishes dashboards that all CSU employees have access to. These dashboards address data related to the systemwide student success initiative, (GI2025). You can access these dashboards by going to the 吉祥坊 Counts homepage and clicking on and logging in with your 吉祥坊 credentials.
